Location: about 30-min. south of Jaco and 15: min north of Quepos, and only a 5-min drive to the town of Parrita (15,000 people) so there is plenty of shopping close by. The bay behind the house is about ½ mile across at the widest point and views are equally beautiful to the oceanfront to the oceanfront with the mountains in the distance.
